The Rainmaker Intake University® LIVE is an intensive 8 week program designed to train your intake staff and attorneys on how to track your leads, better qualify prospects, set more appointments and retain more clients.

Here are just a few of the items we cover…

  • Easy to use tool to track where every lead is coming from and where they are in your conversion process.
  • How to answer the question, “Why hire us?” and set your law firm apart from the competitors.
  • How to handle and overcome the 5 most common objections.
  • Ensuring your team is passionate about your business and achieving positive results
  • Identifying ideal clients and setting appointments with qualified prospects.

Your team will meet with our Rainmaker Intake Trainer once a week, for a live call via zoom.  Each call is 60 to 90 minutes.  We recommend that anyone in your firm who supports the intake process participate in the training.

Yes, each session is recorded and available for you to watch at your convenience after the live call. 

Interaction through every session is encouraged and recommended.  Lessons are a combination of presentation, exercises, role paying, group discussions and 'homework'.  Participants are required to implement what they learn into their intake roles.

We teach proven strategies - we know they work because since 1999 we have taught them to firms across the nation.  We continuously update our teachings in response to changes we see on how consumers engage with law firms.
